What is your favorite part of your role?
My favorite part has to be the chance to shape the narrative and message behind our suite, as that work influences just about everything we do and say. I'm an avid writer, so that leads to plenty of opportunities to 'get my hands dirty' and write everything from landing pages to blog articles. Also, the chance to interact with and get to know our customers and others in the community on a personal and professional level is very informative - and helps me ensure that their 'voice' and needs are heard and make their way into the decisions we make as a company, especially in the growth organization.
What makes you proud to work at Superb AI?
The fact that we provide our customers with personalized service and support at a level I've never experienced before, and that we focus our efforts on solving real-world problems they're facing in their working lives. I can see the whole team's passion for the work we are doing here, and that bleeds over into how we treat our customers and everyone else we interact with as a company. On that same note, it feels like the leadership team and the company genuinely try to live the values and standards we've set and aspire to - so it makes me proud to work here, and I get genuinely excited every time I tell friends, family, and anyone who will listen about what we are doing here.
What is your favorite thing about working at Superb AI?
Hands down, it's the people and the culture. They say that who you work with and for make or break you, so it's vital you find people you can really gel with and who will have your back through all the work that naturally comes with any startup. And I can say this team is the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is always willing to jump in and help at a moment's notice, and you know that everyone is all working just as hard as you towards the same goal and journey.
What do you enjoy doing when you aren’t working?
Reading, surfing, and painting are probably top of my list, although I haven't done too much of the last two with two little ones running around the house.
What are some fun facts about you?
I've had a red-eared slider turtle since I was 3, and he's the same age as me! He chills with me in my office while I work. I could eat peanut butter all day, every day. Stitch, the crazy little blue alien that pretends to be a dog and loves Elvis, is my spirit animal. Big fan.
