Raw data and label information uploaded onto the platform is stored in AWS S3. Other meta information, like meta-data, label meta-data, and project information, is stored within AWS Aurora RDS. All data can be exported at will, and full export logs are provided for management and compliance purposes.

Superb Platform conducts authentication according to the industry-standard password policy. It uses AWS Cognito, and ensures that even system administrators or developers cannot access user passwords. For API calls, we provide an SDK/CLI with an access key for API calls. For general id/password login, JWT is used.

We use HTTPS for all communications to securely encrypt all protocols. For firewall security, we employ AWS WAF to restrict blacklisted IPs suspected of attempting data breaches or generating heavy bot traffic. Additionally, users are unable to access backend data. They can only access their own data through the SDK and CLI after completing authentication.

Your data is never shared externally. All data is 100% owned by the user in accordance with the contract, and the personal or commercial use of data by a third party is prohibited.
Superb AI employees can only access user accounts for purposes such as technical support or project management, and account access permissions are reviewed every quarter. All employees undergo periodic security training and background checks in accordance with local laws as part of our comprehensive security policy.

Superb AI holds globally recognized security certifications, including ‘SOC-2 Type II’ and ‘ISO 27001.’ SOC-2 is a security framework based on standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) that evaluates whether a service provider’s controls meet rigorous legal requirements for security and data protection. SOC-2 Type II, in particular, is the most comprehensive certification within the SOC framework, and is granted only to organizations whose systems are recognized as being designed to keep customers’ critical data secure. ISO 27001 is an international standard for Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), outlining requirements for security governance such as risk management and security policies. Superb AI follows highest-grade security practices—including data encryption, regular external audits and reporting, and incident response training—and supports secure integration with customer data storage environments through a robust security foundation.
